Masten Testtag in Pozo Izquierdo

Moin,
heute habe ich mal Masten getestet. Es war sehr wenig Wind, das Segel war ein Point-7 AC-0 2009 in 6.1qm. Gefahren mit SDM, RDM und SRDM Masten. Boards waren Starboard Kode  Wood 102, 112 und 122. Leider bei 0 Welle, Location ist Pozo Izquierdo...

  1. Hola Totti,
I spent Christmas hollidays in GC and dropped by Pozo one afternoon. It was blowing hard but totally of-shore, so not a soul in the water!. I was told by someone in Hullon that the Proof factory at Vecindario had been closed down and that Orjan left for Norway, is that right?.

One more thing, what ever happened to the hot looking T1 slalom borads (2008), I have not seen one in a magazine test (French at least) and just one at Playa Aguila but it was just where they keep the boards for rent.

    Feliz Año 2009.

  2. Hi Fernando,

we had some good winds in the south, Bahia Feliz. The factory isn't closed, but they're now a little bit smaller there. They rent a little bit space to someone else. No need for so much space. Orjan is working on an oil platform, you're right. In the factory in Vecindario you will find Carlos and his brother.

The good looking T1 boards are still looking good, but that's all. They didn't produce something more than some demo boards for the distributors. Bad quality, production tolerances, not the material in the boards has to be (f.e. no carbon). I stopped the cooperation in october 2007, so almost 1.5 year ago. Uninteresting prices, quality, and so on, I lost tons of money. There are some boards for rent at Dunki's Side Shore, that's all. The old competition boards from Bjørn...

    Cheers

  5. Thanks Thorsten. As for fins, which one would you recomend for the 67? (6.6; 7.2 and 8.5)?. What about the Chocofins?. Are they in the price range of Tectonics and C3?

    Hasta Pronto!
